so I just got a new pair of binding I have not mounted them yet. I got the marker griffin bindings I got them cheap for reatail price. But they feel really heavy for park bindings does anyone have some thoughts about this.

Are they demo bindings? Regular Griffons aren't super heavy 2040g per pair or so. Attacks used to be lighter by a couple hundred grams but the Attack2 series with the gripwalk toepiece are basically the same. Pivot 12 are like 200g heavier.

Some people have had issues with griffon durability. Did you get a really good price?

If I were you I would get attack 13's as Griffons have some ahem Durability issues and are not really a "park" binding

If you don't have the money you can keep the griffons just keep in mind the plast breaks quite easily in some situations
