New alerts

Please. Just logged back in and had 6 alerts that people had replied to my thread.

I like the alerts for quoting, and commenting on pictures profiles etc, but threads seems a bit excessive imo.

Yeah sorry is that too much? We're working on a new alerts system (which will have a configuration panel) and I might have sent this one out the door too soon. Configuration panel isn't ready yet.

If it's too much we'll shut it off until the configuration panel is ready.

Id ask some other people but for me its a bit much.

Maybe have one alert for replies. I.e if you get 3 replies, they're all one notification. Like on Facebook when you have say 6 likes, it's only one notification for all the likes.

Alerts can now be configured in your account settings.
