Truth. I know it sucks, especially having 30 second ads before short videos but we should be happy there is big companies like Toyota advertising on NS. Without big support like that there would be no video section, hell, there probably wouldn't even be an NS.

but yeah they pay the bills so while annoying, theyre worth it and theyre a necessary evil. those toyota ones are super lame though, especially the kayaker one doing the cliche "people think im crazy but im just like living life man" bs

As others have mentioned, ads definitely do make Newschoolers tick -- and without them, NS would cease to exist. And no, that's not just me being dramatic.
