Ive placed 2 orders with said boardshop. both have been delayed due to the retarded stoners they have working for them;

the first was shipped USPS even though I paid for ground UPS, USPS doesnt deliver to street adresses where I live, so it sits in the town post office for a month, gets sent back to getboards, and they finally send it out correctly.

the second was shipped to my billing adress, instead of the adress I gave them in the SHIPPING ADRESS section. Infact I am sure my p12s are sitting out side of my goddamn parents house in san diego, and will be for the next few weeks untill they get back from vacation. so if your looking for some sweet bindings, they are in a UPS box somerwhere in san diego, and will be sitting there unattended for the next 2 weeks.

That is all, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM GETBOARDS EVER.
 
that sucks. im so happy i went with pj for bindings and ended up gettin skis from my local shop. i was gonna have to use getbaords if they didnt hook me up.
 
UPS is fucking retarded. They are supposed to try to deliver 3 times (3 different days) then they hold it and send you a slip in the mail to pick it up.

Except for me, they just left my px12's on the front step, on the main road, in the FUCKING RAIN, for 2 days when i wasnt there. They just left it first try. Fuckheads...
 
beat ya to it. Thanks for the binders sucker. It was simple, all I had to do was track his ip adress, get his last name and look it up in San Diego. Took me a couple hours work to score some new bindings. JK.
 
you should have also broken in and stolen everything in his house cause you know the parents wont be back for another 2 weeks.....
 
yeah i ahve a freind who ordered a paro of anthems like a month and and a bit ago and it stil has yet to come in
 
^dude, go to ski gabber, there are like 100 threads about the problems with anthems being sent out everywhere....not saying getboards is legit or not ( I just got their catalog today, seems like one of the only catalogs with all the dope skis though, but yea their cust service seems to suck from what I hear).
 
just recently their customer service was extremely helpful to me when i needed to warentee some poles... very responsive
 
took them an entire month to ship me a siver jacket last year....constant calls to customer service didn't make much of a differce.
 
Just a bump cuz I hate Getboards, and an F from the BBB, that is terrible, I shoulda done some research before I bought anything from the retards.
 
lasy week i ordered a jacket from them and 3 shirts and they gave my it before 5 days when it was suppose 2 be 5-7 days and i just ordered ( last night) skis from them and i ordered last years scratchs and i hope they will give me this years. they did that with me last time i ordered from them and gave me them for the same price as the old ones for the new ones so im happy with their service.
