I go run>cmd>ipconfig and get 192.168.11.10, but if I go to http://www.whatismyip.com/ and it says my IP is 64.89.249.74

I go to the CBL Lookup website and get the message:

"IP Address 64.89.249.74 is listed in the CBL. It appears to be infected with a spam sending trojan or proxy."

hmmMmmMm maybe go into your internet settings then connections and make sure there isn't anything in there

i forget where else to find the settings but you need to make sure that everything is set to automatically assign and doesn't have numbers filled in manually, sometimes malware crap will set your computer to run through a proxy
