Neon surfing?

yea ive seen this before somewhere, its pretty sick. the only thing i would say is the filming could be a little better. like i think when they showed the shot with the hotel or whatever in the backround with all the lights on it ruined it. there were only a couple shots when it was completely black behind the surfers and that looked so sick because all you could see were the neon lights.
