Needed Look PX 12 toe piece small part

Have some look px12 from a few years ago. On the toe piece there are a little grey almost traingle shaped wing piece that grabs the front left and right of your boot. One on the left side popped out and is gone. My boots still click in although it doesnt seem it will hold as well. (pic below)

Anyone got a spare of this small piece and know if it can be just popped back in?

Or does anyone have a toe piece theyd sell me for cheap?
