Need to know: are my EP pros. okay for park?

im not going to get super tech. just want to know it the edges will break if i slam on a rail....

i really need to know because i have to get another ski if they a bad... so please dont be a dick about this...

all skis break after some amount of time, and i would say, if you want your EP's to last. why not just get some invaders for 200$ and keep the EP's in mint condition...

this is exactly what i did... except someone gave me some beat invaders until i could afford to pick up some anthems... but i would highly recommend doing this, i mean you can till slay the park on your ep's sometimes, but it would def shorten your life of those skis if you were slaying the park all year on them... i put 2 decent sized edge benders from hittin rails on them this year, no cracks, just some bends... another thing you can do to help the life of your ep's is to work down the edges of the rockered part of the ski, so that your not chopping away at your topsheet...

not a good idea, if you only slide one way youre going to wear out one edge more than the other. you probably wont be hitting ice with EP pros, but any ski that you want to use all over the mountain to its fullest potential shouldnt really be used on rails.

thats just my opinion based on personal experience.

unless of course your not baller and my welfare check can only buy myself 1 pair, which must do for every condition possible

not hating or anything, but have you ever ridin the eps? i mean unless you are skiing on ice or extreme hardpack, that might be an issue, but even the smallest amount of soft stuff (even 2 inches of 90 degree mashed potatoes [snowbird on suday]), you should be able to get those skis to turn fairly effortlessly...

EP's in park would look so sick, but prob a bad idea, cuz with limited base touching when skiing groomers u may still want the limited edges you have to stay sharp

the old EP's, the brown/green ones with white swirly stuff on them, about a 86mm waist....those ones were so sick for park! the new ones, not so much so.

no ski is ok for park, they all die 100x faster than they would if you stayed out of that retarted place. so does your body.... soon you will understand.

yeah sure most of us would love to ski powder and everything but some of us, maybe not the thread creator but for us that live in the midwest don't have the powder and shred the parks.
