Need some opinions on some skis

My friend and I are lookin to buy new skis this year and we've been searchin around and wonder what people think about the followin skis.

Dynamic Slayer (Dynamic is owned by Atomic, new company)

Head Mojo

Atomic Stomp

Volkl Karma

Fischer Riu

If you got any imput please post and if you have alternative ski suggestions within these companies go for it.

Thoese skis all seems to be kind of different. Are you going to be skiing mostly park or all mountain, and what do you ride currently

we're gunn need a little bit more info than that, see one of the above sticky threads and youll know what i mean. thoes are all fairly different skis

Friend is 6'2" and I'm 5'7". We'll be riding almost all park unless we somehow get bored...and that's a very rare thing. I'm looking for a stable ski thats kinda all around balanced and my friend is looking for a semi-light ski that's a good all around ski as well. The terrain besides park is groomed or light powder.

if you are skiing all park and want a stable ski with light all mtn capabilities but that is not to flexible i would go with the AR6, a 176 for you and a 181 for your friend.

you've obviously never tried chronics, there a sick ski, you should try the chronic blends (or last years wide if you want to go cheap)

out of the ones you said.. Dynamic. its a really soft ski and its sick. Similar to the Atomic Triplet but with out edge reinforcement and 3 skis ect.

hmmmmmmmmmmmmm....i would say....scractch fs...chronic...chronic blend if you want a wider platform....

i personally am hopefully getting the new 185 karma for my ski and i am a little bit smaller than your friend.

if u want a stiff/dope all around ski...karma...(friends ski) for you i would say chronic blend or scratch fs....

you could always go elizabeth if u want a fatter ski that is still dope for park.

No one has said the new Trouble Maker yet, and I hear that is a dope ski this year. New Invader, or Anthem...Public Enemy, Fujative...AR6, T-Hall...there are alot better park skis out there than what you listed.

when he said "way to flexy" i immediatly tried to stay away from the noodly skis...otherwise i would of...lol...

Sorry Holland, that wasn't directed at you, that was meant for the creator of this thread... but yeah, I guess if he wants a stiffer ski, I dunno though, for park I prefer a softer flex.

if ur skiing mostly park u want flexyer skis...and the anthem is stiffer so it aint a noodle

try fujative, invader, anthem, scratch, SPK, or any other "park oriented" ski

no nessisarily...i actually prefer more all mountain skis in the park rather than a "park specific" ski...

there is no law that says if you ski in the park, you need a flexier ski...some people want a stiffer ski.

i have a few....

Rossi scratch

Armada t-hall, or Ar5/Ar6

K2 Fujatives

Salomon Thrusters/Foils...

the t-halls and fujatives are pretty much strictly park...but check out the Ar5/Ar6, rossi's and slaomons..pretty good all mtn

if you're gonna be riding mostly park, check out the salomon foil, thruster, or spk. the foil is my personal favorite park ski, and the spk is sick as well. same as the cr and candide pros from years past. fast as fuck and moderately stiff. the 07 foils seem stiffer than the 06 model also, so they're even better.

you do need to reccomoned more than salomon though..i realize your sponsored by them, and sort of obligated to do so, but im just saying... salomon's are great, but ive seen the edges on the foils, and they dont LOOK like they would hold up too well....

4frnt stl, scott p3, armada ar6/thall, line chronic/invader, k2 public enemy/sliencer, ninthward comte/butter/blood.

Check out some of those.
