Need some good ol' NS advice

So im a fairly indescive person and have a tiny bit of deciding to do...

Basically im currently riding 08 line invaders, i probably anywhere from 70%-90% park and 30%-10% all-mountain( this all depends on conditions and hill im skiing at ). At my local mountains ( depending who im skiing with) more often than not i ski 90% park but a few time a year i go away to larger resorts where i ski 80% all-mountain.

Heres what im asking. See, aswell as the invaders i have some unmounted Ninthward Lil'Butters that i got last year and used about 3 times before making an impulse buy and getting the invaders, compared the the invaders the ninthwards are still fairly light, much stiffer and have close to the same underfoot. Im wondering if its worth mounting these baby's up as more of an all mountain ski for these times when i will be skiing more all mountain ( groomers and glades most likely ) or should i just tough it out with the invaders ( which we all know arent the best when it comes to all mountain do to there noodliness ) and sell the Lil Butters.

Im kind of in a rush to leave the house so i hope that made sense( i typed fairly fast)

also sorry im making two threads on a similar subject so close together.

Thank you!

anyone? i hate bumping but id prefer to get these mounted early in the season if i decide to mount them after all

Hmmm... I'd say mount them. Well if you already have bindings. I hate using my invaders for all mountain

i ahve some old 05 rossi scratch 200 bindings that were used for a season and are still in working order, for some reason i forgot i had them lol

well if you already have the bindings and dont wanna sell the ninthwards id say go ahead and mount em. it comes down to whatever you like more on your mountain.

I had invaders as my everyday ski two seasons ago, and I didn't mind them when charging the choppy stuff and all mountain up north. They aren't as bad as you would expect, as you probably know. If I was in your situation, I would sell the lil butters and just use the invaders. Sure they may not be the most fun in powder and choppy conditions, but it takes care of deciding which pair of skis to bring.

Sell one of the skis you have right now and get a good all mountain ski. The difference in performance from even the best all mountain park skis and a ski designed for all mountain are massive..

since you have the bindings i would mount them. and i think you'll like having two different pairs of skis because if your doing a lot of park with your invaders your edges are probably getting a lot more dull. so then when you use your all mountain skis you'll be able to ski better with nice sharp edges.

crossed my mind, but i dont want to be caught at a cross rodes of having no skis for a few days because it will rpobably end up being the epic ones ahha

Since you have two sets of bindings, I would sell off the Ninthwards and put the money towards a real all mountain twin like a Cryptonite or an ARV. Keep the Invaders as your symmetrical jib stick and get a directional twin for all mountain slaying.

well im currently trying to sell the ninthwards, but the money isnt going to new skis, you'd be proud im putting it towards some nice, good fitting boots
