Need some assistance...

So, I ordered The Eight Six with Tee combo on the 31st. Got my confirmation email receipt. But I had made an error on my billing info (didn't realize this till almost a week later), and don't think the payment actually went through, but was still charged for it. Thus, I never got my movie and am bummed. I already talked to PayPal customer service, and both the Martini bros (they tried to help as much as possible). And I can't really seem to get anywhere. I don't have a PayPal account, Stept just had the order processed through them. My credit card company said the payment already cleared, so they can't help either. What obvious solution am I missing here?
 
Billing. I messed up by a few numbers, so the payment didn't go through to Stept. But nobody on any end of the deal can seem to help me out much.
 
I am pretty confused too. Long story short, Ordered movie. Payment processed through PayPal. Billing info was slighty fucked up. Stept didn't get payment, yet PayPal still charged me. Can't seem to get a refund or whatever. Blargh.
