Need ski advice

Hey Newschoolers I️ got a few questions, I’m a bit of a noob gear wise at skiing

1. Are boots more important than skis? And how important are bindings?

2. Are there any good skis under 350 that arnt used? I️ ride all mountain with some powder and some park, I️ want a playful ski to make the whole mountain a terrain park but still preform in powder. I️ also find no luck in buying used skis.

3. Anyone tried the 2017 Rocker2 100? Are they good?

4. I️ am 5”8 and growing, wtf size do I️ buy in saga a medium?

I️ thinks that’s it, any response helps thanks!

Btw the I️ are i”s it’s just really annoying to change them.

I presume you ski at Snowbird/Utah judging by your username, is this true?

How much do you weigh?

If my assumption is correct about your local hill...I would think finding a decent set of used sticks on SLC craigslist would be reasonably easy to do though I've never looked there.

You are correct I️ do ski at snowbird, I️ weigh 110 pounds 5”8
