Need job!

Anybody know of any places that hire in utah at 15? I need a car, and hopefully new ski stuff. If anybody knows of a place or a type of place that would hire, please let me know. I was gonna try a farm, but the closest place is almost 20 miles away... Please let me know!

go into as many stores as possible, ask to speak with the manager and hand them your resume. It's not rocket science

btw calling back and asking if they have read over it a couple days later is always good

Some people go to school to learn. Some people go to school to sell drugs.

You should go to school so you can sell drugs.

first off dont post on here lol but just go put yourself out there man, maybe subway they seem tohire everyone. but you could be a peer instructor at brighton but you dont make good money doing that and the season is over

Ive gone to almost everywhere that is hiring, and you have to be 16 at most places but, with no financial support from my parents for a car, and ski stuff, its really hard to get by without a job...

I made a resume for a job once, and everything was ski related, the company was a flop, so i made just enough to get new ski stuff haha.

Dishwashing kinda sucks, but anyone can do it and it puts you in a great position to move into better paid cooking jobs. It was my first job when I was 14.

Show that you're hard working and smart and you might be set moving up through the kitchen ranks through high school. Try to get into fine dining if you can, it's usually better pay and better people to work with/for. Also, there are restaurants everywhere full of replaceable dipshit employees, including ski towns all around the world so it's a great way to get a job if you wanna move to a place to ski.

you're 15; why aren't your parents supporting you at all? seems a little fucked up considering you legally can't work anywhere/provide for yourself. and why are you so concerned about a car when you can't even drive yet?that being said right now you're going to be lucky if you get a dish washing job, your best bet is like someone said mow lawns and do other manual labor.

Because he wants one when he gets his licsense and it isn't that hard to work at that age, I started working at 14

buy a lawnmower off or craigslist for like $20 or find a lawnmower at the dump for free and fix it so it runs and go mow lawns for $40 a lawn. If you work efficiently enough you can be making $20 a hour which is a fuck ton better than what kids out of college make most of the time.

They pay for clothes and food, and that kind of stuff. But they think I need to buy my first Carr and ski stuff. I agree 100% with my parents, it teaches me how to rely on myself, so when I move out, I can afford to live.

Kudos to your parents. Maybe if you get enough money they will give you an extra few grand for the car so you can get a sick whip.
