open a canister of chlorine gas and then piss on a rag and cover your face with it so that you don't die. the urea in the piss will neutralize the gas. super neat trick

Remember on mythbuster when they had water in a container and when they hit it on a surface, the water instantly freezes

i did a pretty cool one one year. it was all about stars and constellations. i mapped out a picture of the north sky as seen this time of year and took a giant sheet of wood (a little larger than the size of a bristol board) and drilled holes in it and poked tiny christmas lights through it to represent the stars. i drilled the holes where certain stars from different constellations would be located and put a bunch of black construction paper over the front of the sheet of wood to make it look like a night sky. looked pretty cool. definitely attracted attention.
and then in the presentation i described stars, their life and death, phases they go through, some of the constellations and what they mean, where they originate, all that kind of stuff. fun times.

Hahah well in 6th grade I did my project on sound... specifically dealing with stringed instruments. I made my own instrument modeled after a hammered dulcimer and titled it "Stretch a String and She'll Sing." Hahah... I won first place.

In grade school I grew 4 plants, one just out in the sun, one in a clear red box, one in a blue box and one in a green box. measure height and tell which color plants like. basic

Brew your own rootbeer. I did this freshman year, and added way too much yeast and sugar by accident and it turned slightly alchoholic.

making cocaine from cocoa leaves would be a cool chemistry experiment.

other than that, grow a couple different kinds of mold on pieces of bread and then compare what factors lead to the different mold growths.

use rock salt to make ice cream. Colligative properties (freezing point depression). directly related to chemistry, its easy, and delicious. BOOM

I loved science fair, I did 3 different projects with guns. The year I was in chemistry I used ballistics gel and tested different calibers, weights, velocities etc.

Do something disgusting, it will make you laugh and your teacher will be proud. Take feces from various animals and find their half-lifes. Then, tie in some mathematical equations discerning different facts about feces- it would be glorious.
