Need help with vectorizing this picture!

Hi, could someone with Adobe illustrator or any vector program help me and make this picture into a vector image and save it as a .ai or .eps file! ++karma for some help!

My friend made it (don't know what program he used), and then I made it a little bigger in photoshop cs5..
 
naah man, I need to get the image into .ai format (or .eps), so I can change the size of it without the image loosing quality! And I need the .ai/.eps file for another program..
