i can do some spins on small jumps. but i'm too pussy take it to bigger tables because I think I'll freeze up, or get off axis. how can i help stay commited and on axis on like, a big 3?
get fully used to spinning on small jumps... then strait air the jump a couple times to get a good feel for everything, then just spin, not too fast, but enough so that you will come around. and keep your head looking or else you will stop
just don't yank it like a small jump...just go off the lip and look over your shoulder. your body will naturally follow where you head looks, then start looking down at about 270 to spot your landing...keep your eye on the landing to keep you from over-rotating
