Need help with parents

Here is the story. Every winter i get a job at the local resort as a ski instructor. This year my mom doesnt think my grades are good enough to be working there (a, b, c, c, d+,) My grades are so bad because i never do my hw. This brings my mom to the conclusion that i shouldnt work therefor increasing my hw time (witch we all know the more time i have for hw the less im gunna get done) So, i change my ways. Im doing hw right when i get home and helpin out more around the house. Tonight is the last chance i have of changing her mind. (Opening day on fri) The points i have right now are:

- i would only work weekends

- if i become certified i can get a job when im in college out west

- I want to persue resort management as a career so the more experiance the better

- a job helps me manage my time more effectivly

- if my grades get worse i quit right away

if anyone has anything else that might help me convince her i will greatly appreciate it
