NEED help with my editing!

Im making an edit and i have a video that i wana use but it's a follow cam. It's a bit shaky for alot of the video, I was wondering if there is any way i can stabalize the video to make it look less shaky..and for a reference I use Windows Live Movie Maker for video editing....+K for anyone who can help, thanks!

Not in Movie Maker. The only thing I can think of would for in

Adobe After Effects and that is a long ways off of the Movie Maker user.
