Need help with an argument

Okay so my friend and I are arguing over things that we each did to each other while we were drunk. Just pick one of the two below and say which one is worse.

1.) I picked him up from a party on a thursday night and on the way home he put a dip in. He didnt have a bottle so he just spit out of my window. I went to get in my car the next day and realized the entire side ofmy car was covered with dip spit. I told him he had to clean it up. It took him over 9 days.

2.) Now last Saturday night I blacked out and apparently I pissed all over their bathroom. I had no idea that i did this and when I found out I cleaned it up within an hour with clorox and everything.

Its really not the big of a deal, they were both drum accidents, but I just want to be right. So if i could get some opinions that'd be great.
 
Don't pick a side... First of what is a "drum" accident? Secondly, it is a dumb argument and they are both in the wrong. Also what he forgot to add was that after pissing all over there bathroom he attempted to make ramen. While doing this he turned on the wrong burner and turned on the oven. After giving the ramen enough time to "cook", he strained it on their kitchen floor, and then didn't even eat the ramen.

I am really not an ass he is just my room mate and I felt the need to call him out.
