Need help with adobe premiere

is it possible to automaticly create clips whenever a scene changes like in microsoft movie maker?

what verison of premiere do you have? I know in pro, there is a checkbox for scene detection in the capture mode.

Maybe but you dont really need it anways. I have pro 1.5 and I just capture manually like everyone else I know...

i have pro but i capture in movie maker because my computer is too slow to capture in premeire or something. and i wanna know becasue its really tedious and time consuming to go through the entire thing razoring it into new clips.

I just have final cut and you use in and out points in that...im guessing premier should have something like that...
