Need HELP!!!!! trade gone wrong

Okay so im not gonna say the name until this is over but i saw a thread about a one of a kind crew that is a sample or something in XL, somethings he wants to trade for it are ignants. I have a ignant so we arrange to trade. I send him my vest and before i even get my crew from him, he has a feeler of my 3xl ignant in B/S/T. So today i got the package and i open the box look at the tag and it says L (Large).

Its a solid size large not near as big as my 2xl 10 year. Im 6'2 and wear 3xl so its kind of a problem
WHAT SHOULD I DO?
 
Sample size L (which is actually XL)
He's definitely legit, but if you want to sell trade me the crew, I'd happily be up for it.

But all in all he should have posted the actual size.
