Need help plugging twixtor into FCP

Searchbarred and nothing explained how to do it.

I have downloaded the Twixtor plugin, but I can't get it to load onto Final Cut Pro. I tried simply clicking and dragging it into the effects tab, but that didn't work.

Hope I can get some help on this.

Software info:

Twixtor 5.1 (maybe 5.0?)

Final Cut Pro 7.0
