Need help picking a location for my bachelor party

Since I'm obsessed with skiing I figured I should turn my bachelor party into a ski trip. We're looking at going the last weekend in January for a 4 night trip probably going to end up with around 8-10 guys.

My primary concern is the skiing experience and I was thinking I wanted to try somewhere new. I've always wanted to go to jackson because i like big mountains and steep terrain. Other places I've been out west are squaw, snowbird, kirkwood, heavenly, steamboat and vail. Interested in hearing how jackson compares to these other places.

The only bad thing is we'll have some people going that are only intermediate skiers and some that don't ski at all. What can everyone tell me about the town of Jackson is there a decent amount of stuff going on that will keep my friends entertained and is there ok bar/nightlife for bachelor party activities.

Also, interested in hearing about other places if it sounds like jackson is going to be a bad idea? Thanks

 
If you have people that have never skied before, I don't think Whistler is a good choice, even though that is definitely my favourite vacation destination.
 
if i had a skiing bachelor party id only bring people that could ski to my level. that way we aren't restricting each others fun.
 
go somewhere like Breck or Park City so the non skiing friends will have something to do. and by that i mean get trashed.
 
15% beginner , 55% intermediate... I skied there with a beginner and they had a blast.

Night life is awesome, and if the beginners don't want to ski there is a lot to do... It would be my first choice if I could do it again. That or South America in September, which would be baller...
 
Ya, I guess. I've only been there DH biking, so I haven't seen what it was like for winter, although I can assume great things haha.
 
Never been but from what I've heard whistler has some of the best bars and nightlife. Obviously the skiings awesome but I've heard that it is always just a big party
 
take 'em to jackson. I'm sure the beginners will have shit to ski, plus they would probably be stoked on being able to brag about skiing there. the terrain for you will keep you fucking stoked. Only place i've ever been where a lift ticket is legitimately worth 90 bucks.

The nightlife is fun, and you'll get piss drunk off of the altitude. If you go over MLK weekend, i've got three words for you.... The. Stage. Coach. Holy fuck, i cannot think of a better place to go wild than the coach.
