Need help finding a movie title

I need help finding a movie. I can't remember the title and i've tried googling all sorts of things with no luck. here is what I remember from the move:It was a movie about a prison riot where the prisoners made shields out of metal lunch trays and even made a catapult and hid the parts in the prison.

I watched it a long time ago and it's been bugging me because I want to watch it again but I can't remember the title. +k for helpful answers

 
Yeah that stupid movie about the general who was arrested had to go to a military prison they destroyed the wall and then used one of the bricks to catapult through the leader of the person's window. I hate that movie so I'm not to share with you the title.
