yeah 1080 boots, nother thing, you may get called gay but it will really help start agro skating, you will learn to land dead center and when u go skiing you will land fairly centered and your shins wont hurt

go to the gym, work that muscle by getting on the leg press, but just put the front part of the foot on it, and leave the heel off the bottom, then just push your ankle forward

take a baseball bat and roll it up and down your shins untill they get sort of numb then stop and do it again in 20 minutes do this 3 times a day, do this every day untill a week before camp and you will have no problems. this kills the nerves in your shins. my friend who is in a mai tai class or something can shin kick a wall and cant even fill it. it amazing how it works, or just buy some soft boots, it depends on wether you want a short term fix or a long term fix

hey brah i wouldnt do that killing your nerve stuff, thats really screwd up, there are a very few simple things you can do to fix your shins, first is get good boots they are the most important equipment of the sport, if you have good boots or if you dont have the money you have several options, you can get booster straps which are heavy duty power straps sold after market, this will put more pressure on your shins and will keep them in place, also they sell neophome pads to put on the tounges of your boot to soften them up, stop by your local shop, the boot fitter should know what to do

yea thats probably to extreme, dont really do it unless you are like a kickboxer or somthing.......i agree that you should just buy some softboots
