Need help fast!

here is the situation.I am filming a movie at an abandoned factory in two wek ends from now. Since this place is so sketchy, there are no working outlets to plug a charger in or a light set up. I need a solution to get electricity so I can charge my batteries for filming and use lights if ever I need them. There is zero chance of being able to use extension cords and I have 1 batterie and an other one from the same company but different model... does that matter?here is a photo of the location for all of you curious georges. any suggestions will get good Karma! thanks

the place is 3 stories high of graffity, filth, holes in the ceiling and broken glass.

 
yah I thought about that but sound wise, do they make a lot of it? Im thinking of using this as a last resort because of A: sound and B:its a no budget film.
