Need Boots what to get?!

26.5 ish boot size. i tried the Nordica Beasts but i couldnt flex em. the TEcnica sparks are a nice boot but i didnt get a lot ofo flex. the salomon 8's were nice flex but not great feel and too high volume. im lookin to spend around 300 or less. thanks
 
alot of people say boots madder alot but i have like the cheepest pair of boots you can get salomon 4.0 and i love them
 
bump up the spending on the boots. a good boot is just as important as a a good pair of skis. id suggest the salomon pro model or the rossi soft boot.
 
u couldn't flex the nordica beast??? im really sry man, but u really do need to hit the weights, or at least walk the dog once a month or sumthin........

try lange's setup, those r soft boots.
 
I weigh 140 and im 5'10. Im skinny but not a stick, I have some muscle. It's not the lack of muscle, just the weight factor.
 
well if you can't flex them in a warm skishop you definetly won't be able to do it on the hill in 0 degrees. Boots stiffen up 25-30% in the cold I'm told. What kind of skiing do you do? You don't need a real stiff boot if you're not into charging or skiing real agressivley, id you mostly cruise groomers and ski park I would just get a boot that is comfortable and has good arch/ankle support. I personally have a wide foot with a high arch, I've found salomons to fit ok, atomics to fit like a dream, langes to be way too narrow, technicas way too narrow. Thats about it.
 
I have a narrow foot. I ski fairly hard, not much powder since where I live but I ski park and all mtn. not much moguls but all over the mountain. i work at a ski shop so I know what boots to not get, but I always like to get an extra friendly fellow freeskier opinion. I think im goin to go with the Tecnica's.. thanks though
 
technica usually fits a much wider foot than something that would fit in the beast. idk, but it sounds like u really haven't spent enuf time in the actual boot to discover which one shows ur foot the most love.

like i said b4, try some langes on.....they fit narrow feet and are more flexible than nordica's (respective model, obviously). plus, they will most likely be cheaper than the beasts, yet more tailored to wut u will ride.

o yea, i still think u need to try flexin that beast again, b/c seriously man, that is a flex boot!
