Need a pair of playful skis for hard pack days

A little about me: 6'2", 17, 170 lbs, advanced skier. I ski primarily at alpental and crystal in wa. I have a pair of 189 pettitors that I use for pow days/whenever there's fresh snow.

Right now I also have some 179 kung fujas, but I'm just not loving them. For one they feel a little short, and they don't hold an edge on ice as well as I'd like. They're really fun whenever there's fresh snow and I love the playful aspect of them, but I'd be willing to sacrifice some soft snow performance for a little more hard pack performance. However, I still want them to be playful. I do plan on occasionally taking them into the park, but mostly just for jumps and not rails. This isn't my main concern however. Any suggestions?

I'm kind of realizing that for what I want I might have to sacrifice some playfulness for hardpack performance. So maybe some recoils? But they only make them up to 179 in length so they're too short... Any other suggestions?
