this is my dream job. I'm working on the qualifications now though... I really don't know shit about explosives. I'll get there eventually.

Isn't it a sound wave? which would mean it would travel at sonic speed. not super-sonic nor sub-sonic, right.

The Town of Metaline ( pop 160) is the first water system

in the state to sign a loan deal using funds from the federal stimulus for

badly needed drinking water improvements.

Under the recovery act, Metaline is receiving $600,000 loan

to replace a water-filtering system which is 50 years old. These funds is being

paired with $ 980,000 federal Community Development Block Grant for a new

320,000 gallon water storage tank, a new filtration plant and new service

meters .

A

total of $1, 580,000 funding assistance is given to a community with

population of 160 . This is $ 9875 to everyone living in Metaline in Pend

Oreille County.
