Need a 4-5 bdrm house in Whistler Blackcomb area for this season!

Anyone know of any houses for rent? I've looked on craigslist but i cant find anything that isnt 'Luxury' or real expensive.
 
i dont know of any off hand, but have you been looking in the pique as well? Just give it a bit of time, and something should come up
 
It depends.. theres a lot of older houses that rent for cheaper. Especially in alpine or Emerald. Just keep looking through craiglist im sure something will pop up. I know theres some descent deals on their right now.
 
What are you considering expensive.

About the cheapest you will find a room for is $500 a month so about $2500 for a 5 bed house is going to be pretty good. Obviously you can make it cheaper if you dont mind sharing a room, ie split the cost of 1 room between 2-3 people.

As has been said check out the pique, there should be a few things coming up soon.

Also quite a few jobs offer accommodation so depending where you work that may be an option.
 
that is pretty damn cheap for anything 3 bedrooms and up. I pay a good deal more than that for my 3 bedroom house right now.

I would think it would be around a grand per room for anything within walking distance to the lift in whistler?
 
In the village, Yes you're right. But theres a smaller base just south called creekside, which you can walk to the lift to access Whistler mountain and it's quite a bit cheaper for a room. For example my 3 bed in Creek is 1800. You just have to bus to work, if you happen to work in the village as there's not too much work in Creekside.
 
Im living about a 10-15 min walk to the village gondola, and have the nicest room ive had since ive lived in whistler for 600. My last house was in bayshores by creekside, which is also about a 10 min walk to the lift, and payed 450 there. Good deals aren't always easy to find but they're definitely out there.
