I'd go for Buff: they are more expensive but they use polartec fleece and they have a crazy amount of designs, and they are the original creator.

I've had my Buffs for three years now (the Original and Polar) and they are amazing, they doen't fray, they are very light to breathe through, they are very light to wear but block the wind, and cold like no other. I've also machine washed them alot and it's still like they day I bought it.

The one Yowie I've had is discolored and frayed, and I've only used that for a couple of months.
