Necessary Elements in a Pro-Photo/Video Website?

Disclaimer: My website in my signature is not complete, and I will be changing it a lot.

In the mean time, I'd like some comments as to what pro photographers/ cinematographers (psst eheath, sklar, gavinrudy) think is necessary for a website and how to attract business.

More pictures? Bright font? Instagram spam?

TL;DR: What makes a media website attractive and successful?

I don't know much about web design but just an FYI, the address in you sig sends me to non existent link to nowhere so ya might want to update the URL.

Yes I've tried to contact some mods about this, and worked on it myself but it just isn't working.

Idk not too harsh but give me the truth

Landing page is a bit wordy, I'd make it more simple. After you click the first button, I'd be visually pleasing if the next page was different in some sort of way a.k.a different background or bright buttons (not sure if this is possible). The text throughout reminds me of something a bit childish, like a website made for a high school computer class. Changing it to something a bit more professional might attract more customers (I don't know if that's a problem and it's not really my right to ask). I saw a few spelling/ grammatical errors so I'd be in your best interest to proofread everything again. Other than that I think the layout is pretty nice.

I got my link to work, so you can check out some of my work.
