ND Fileter ? (+k)

Iv been filming and getting use to my t2i for a few months now with my tamron 17-50 mm and am looking to get an ND Filter as I ll be filming in sunny conditions the next few weeks.

I am not sure if I would be alright going with a .9 or .6 Tiffen as I dont have a very large budget or I should wait and get something a little more expensive.

Any advice is appreciated !

I absolutely love my Fader variable ND Mark II...not only is it great for the budget, but the quality is outstanding and comparable to much more expensive ND's.

I recommend the LCW faderND mkII... its solid, i dont use it past 4-5 stops of light tho (which is 1.2+ ND)

Thanks for the recommendation, I also gotta get a polarizing filter, any recommendations as far as polarizers go?
