Nbc's 'live' olympics = bs

They just record it with the live thing on it. They dont think people are going to be watching the olympics at 3 am
 
well i live on the west coast and what we get as live was actually recorded 3 hours earlier from the east, and it says live on the screen still.
 
is it possible that the first time you saw it, it read "live," as in happening now, but on the second time that you watched it, it was giving the command "live"? Because if it's telling you to live, that's probably not bad advice.
 
I saw that jamaican win the 100 meter sprint yesterday morning on the internet. I didn't see it on TV till 10:30 at night.
 
dude they said on tv that it was from earlier in the day, all the primetime shit is live because its like 9 in the morning there. all of the swimming finals were at that time so everything that looks like its taking place in the morning is live, anything that is taking place at night isnt....unless ur watching in the morning

plus not all of the stuff had the live tag on it. All of shots of the anchorman and most of the studio stuff is but alot of the events arent....you may be confused by that.
 
sometimes they just replay the same sport at a better time and when they replay it the "live" sign is still there because it they just play the exact same thing over again by recording it and then playing it again, the "live" is placed directly onto the video, they do the same thing with replayed Red Sox Games

also bear in mind that China Has a 12 hour time difference so when stuff is happening during prime time there it is actually the morning here, so if it is something worthwhile they will replay it at a better time
