Natures own moving quarter pipe - wedge last week

Wow, thats sick, you guys got a southern hemi so is that the reason for the unnormaly large size. What the average height there anyways?

i surf nor cal mostly and those southern swells are small but LONG period by the time they hit davenport or santa cruz...for newport (wedge) it only fires like that once or twice a year...its a madhouse, thousands of people show up...you have got to be nuts to even think of dropping in on that

that same day we surfed a point just north of LA and it was peeling for 500 yard lines....

That same storm sent crazy surf into the south pacific - Chopo was quad overhead and they were towning into monsters
