Nashoba Valley 2012/2013

So sick! Post some pictures too soon! I may get a season pass if next year is as good as the last! :D

Just to let you know, the sketch-up model above was approved along with the budget this year. You will also see a 40' handrail, rainbow box, battleship box, and a few more things along the way.

We are still deciding the best course of action in terms of park expansion for this coming winter. The idea is not off of the table, we are just trying to develop a sound plan before releasing any information to the public. However, the war against oxidation has commenced. Keith has already started repairing & painting all of our rails, boxes, and jibs for next season. So while you are at the beach or that bbq at your friends house and its 90 degrees, he is here everyday and some weekends already thinking of next winter! You won't find dedication like this anywhere else.

Parks this year were insane, big ups to everyone who helped make the park happen. Im sure next year will be bigger and better. Nashoba, would you guys ever consider making a three jump line? Obviously they would have to be a little smaller but i think a nice step over style three jump line would be incredible.

Yes this! They had a 3 jumpline technically, witht eh 1/4 bowl but it would be sick to have some big old step ups. They are safer, more fun and easier to learn new tricks on. I would love it if the park expanded or you had a jib garden somewhere like in years previous.

Yes do it! Also do you know if you guys can do a rail garden? I know you can't tell us yet but that'd be sick, maybe some cool other feature like you had with the 1/4 bowl. I am sure to come to Nashoba and go to most if not all the competitions next year. You guys are the best!

New Down Flat Down 4" Handrail underway. 8' Down 6' Flat 16' Down. That's right 30' of mayhem. Not to mention how unbelievably mellow this suckah is kid. I'll post a pic for you to admire tomorrow.

Never been but been checking around and every one saying good stuff about your park this year, so will defently go a couple times next year!

do this and i would grab one for when im at home over breaks. your parks blow others in the area out of the water but without a college pass i dont go more than once or twice

this feature would be bomb also is there going to be an option of a park only lift pass that would be cheaper than a regular season pass?

Hello everyone,

We will be offering a college pass for $199 which is valid Sunday

through Thursday nights from 5-10pm. There won't be a park only lift

pass this season but I can assure you I will pass this along to

management. For now here is a new pic of the DFD well on its way to

getting paint and plexi.

Looks sick Keith! I love the urban style on the DFD it looks sick. I've got some stuff kicking around in SketchUp as well that would probably go well with the current inventory. And one request, a cannon made out of a short corrugated to ~10' gap would be insanely fun!

Oh Cooper don't be a douche... He's clearly energetic about the season along with the rest of us. I wish more of you people would post on here and make my job a whole lot easier this winter... Just a thought.

Park only season pass would be ill. I know its out of your control but any type of lowering on season passes would be incredible, just so much money. New DFD looks so smooth, have a feeling it will get slayed.

Alright, I've been working as an instructor the last 2 years at the Nash and I don't have any park experience. Thanks for the info!

The Down Flat Down is fully complete and has taken its rightful place among the rest of the fleet.

Next on the list for this season... well you will just have to wait. New metal delivery pictured below.

stoked to see the progression of the park. we hit up nashoba a few times on our way to snow at it was always enjoyable. a park pass would be clutch, but I doubt there's a legit case for an ROI. It's cheap enough to snag a pass to enjoy lapping the park.

The new Metro Shelter fabrication is underway. There will be a nice creeper ledge surprise on the backside that will

double as a ski and snowboard tech area complete with tools for fixing

your gear. You will just have to ride with us this season to get a

chance to shred it...

never been to nashoba but will defantly go there now. my aunt live right near there so ill be there a couple times

am I the only one that thinks this feature would suck? I'd rather just have a nice long flat rail without death on both sides

I dunno I mean you could get tech on the sides too and you prolly wouldn't fall off. Also you can use the sides as like stair tranny and go off early maybe. I think it would be sick if it was like

_

___I I___

I I

instead maybe so you can have creeper ledges on the sides and still have a rail with less danger...
