Name change hasn't taken effect after 2 days

I'm pretty sure I waited long enough, it locks you out before 30 days, right? It still hasn't taken effect after 2 or 3 days...
 
Interesting, because when I go to your profile it shows your new name as well as name change history.

YES thank you! I can't get it to show donor or the new name anywhere but my profile and when I sign in. I try to message mods/malcolm but they didn't do anything

anyways, in the 30 day karma diagram it's usually steadily rising but now the last few days it has flatlined ...
 
The actual rating system itself works. I've been rated up and down a few times over the past few days and that's changed the actual number of karma. It's just you don't get the increase of karma that usually happens every day. Not a big deal though, no need to be paranoid about the karma.
 
The names are being changed in the system, and you can see your new name on the profile. Seems there is a caching issue thats leaving your old name in the forums. We'll get it sorted.
 
Sorry, there was a bug from when we did the changes to the login system.

Your name change did work, but a cache on the server wasn't properly cycled afterwards. Log out and log back in with your new name, that will manually regenerate the affected cache.

Otherwise they will refresh themselves eventually.
 
That was another issue entirely which should be resolved. Karma should continue to calculate tonight.
