All of my gamer profiles deleted and everything on my hard drive deleted randomly. If you have any suggestions please help I'm depressed now

My Xbox does this randomly while also getting red rings at the same time. Just don’t play it for a few days lol

What hurt even more it was the Super Mario All Stars cartridge so super mario world memory was also erased. That shit happened all the time on those cartridges had to make sure you didnt bump the console or youd lose everything.
