Sorry about the flex thread im just super stoked. Finally got my own shit after working at keystone for 2 years. Just been riding demo rentals from the homies at the shop. Buying skis is a fucking great feeling

I remember buying my first pair when I was 16. Debit card limit was $500 so I had to pull cash out from the bank and that was the scariest walk to the ski shop with my life savings in my wallet lol

Lol fuck that sounds sketchy. The 2023 version of that is me ordering these to employee housing and just hoping no one takes them while im at work lol

Thanks my dude. Ya i know despite everyone on NS advice and the dude at the shop telling me he had 4 pairs i still got them lol. they look so fun. Got 40% off the skis and bindings too so it was hard to pass up
 
Cherish those skis when I got my first pair I wasnt too nice to them and felt super sad once I cracked them. Do everyting possible to make them last

Jesus Christ dude, you just couldn’t hype the man up on his first ski purchase? ??

And in regards to the OP:

my first park skis were a pair of K2’s to! Hope you have a good time with them, mine got me through my first years of park and I learned a lot of my basics on em. Definitely a good feeling to cop something after a couple years like that, post some clips of you shredding the new whips sometime.

Seriously the best feeling ever. Thats the plan learn the basics on these bad boys and go from there, ill try and get some clips soon!

Congrats man, I remember buying my first pair and the satisfaction that came with it. I had one of these last year and loved it, supa fun ski!
 
What bindings are those? Looking fresh. I just bought these exact same skis and put some the sand colores Marker Griff on em.. mine havent touched the snow yet. Heading to Utah right now to shred. 27 hour drive from Gatlinburg TN

They are Salomon sth2 16’s. They seem suppperrr sturdy. Hell ya man post your setup if you want! Have a safe trip and have fun!
 
Those things are sick! I've never had any issues with my K2s. I was just eyeing a pair of these last week. Congradulations man!
