My take on why Canada won.

I know there's all a lot of Joss threads already, but they all are complaining on how another team should have won.
First off I would like to congratulate all the teams on their edits, I enjoyed watching all of them. I would also like to thank Jon for putting so much effort into this awesome event.

Everyone seems to be forgetting this is a film/edit competition, not a big air best trick. Sure the other edits had more tech tricks, but Canada's edit for me captured what skiing really is. Canada's edit showcased why we all love the sport, the fun of skiing and having a good time with friends. Out of all the edits this one made me want to ski the most. This edit made skiing look fun, as well as the editing/filming was superior to the other edits. But once again I would like to congratulate all the other teams on their edits, they were all awesome and over all would have been a very hard contest to judge.
 
you brought nothing new to this discussion, all this has been said in other threads. not thread worthy at all
 
pretty much all Ive seen is people getting all hatey mc Haterson on Canada, but if so then let this thread perish.

I don't bother to read through all the other discussion threads, so I thought it was a good point.
