My skis too long?

I bought some scratch brigade bc's in a 178. I 'm starting to think that i should have gone 171. I'm 5' 11", right around 140 pounds, and an aggressive skier. Too long?

those arent goig to be long on you at all. Im about 6 foot and I ride 180 surface watchlifes.

skis arent like shoe sizing? they dont just measure differnt?

ofcourse skis measure different depending on from what brand they come from.

some companys measure the length from tip to tail, some comps measure the length of the base etc.

k2 for example measures 4 cm longer.

this means that if the k2 obsethed comes in a 179 it is actually 183 when you put it next to a tape measure. diggin it?

nope sounds perfect. size is really a preference thing i like shorter skis you might like longer skis, or not
