The ski shop at Wachusett Mountain mounted the binders on my Lizzies crocked  - they were about a centimeter to one side of the ski.  After a few confrontations, the agreed to reimburse me 100%.
I didn't get angry at them, I just acted really disappointed and continually mentioned how the ruined my skis for me.  After declining a different set of bindings and a different mounting location, they decided it would be best to just reimburse me.  I have now bought a new pair of Lizzies and am waiting to get them mounted at a different shop.
