My Ski Broke... ug

So I have a pair of Line Elizabeths, I have rode them 3 days... Today I am skiing nothing really gnarly, just a few drops here and there. Well I get down to the lift and look down and see that suddenly one of my skis looks rockered while the other does not.Anyways, it is a real bummer because they are new and also because they were so fun to ski.So I sent an email to the people I bought the skis from, actionsports-online, and I hope they can help.Does anyone know how strict the warranty is at line? Should they be able to replace or compensate for the ski?

Line is very good with their warrenties and most likely you should be able to get another pair

The only thing terrible about warranty is that it takes forever. What i would do is call action sports and make sure line is going to send you a new one no matter how long it takes.... But because it will take so long tell actionsports that they should send you a pair from theyre warehouse right away and let them keep the pair line will eventually send to you. It will work out because ski companys have to send the skis theyre giving you to the shop first

okay good. Yeah I called action sports, but it is sunday so it went straight to the answering machine. But yeah I guess that I could tell action sports that they should just send me another pair and keep the ones they will get from line.

Suks that you broke your ski, but look on the bright side at least you didn't break your leg like I did and cant ski the rest of the season. If it takes a while to replace the skis you should rent a pair of twin tips at potter brothers or some ski shop until you get them repaired. Still suks tho.

Hate to break it to yuo man. Line is flat out of 'beths. My friend went to warrenty his this month, none what so ever anywhere

they are too big. with the credit at the shop though, he can get what ever ski he wants/they have. since bacons are too big, he might just get pandoras

they still have some on the pro deal website, and if they are there is seems like they should still be around because everything sells out like crazy on the pro deals.
