it depends how often u get high and how used your body is to doing daily routines and functioning while high... someone who is a lightweight and stoned probably shouldnt be driving a car... but an experienced smoker who is very tolerant to the effects of marijuana, can usually go throughout their daily activities just fine which includes driving...

just use some common sense... everyone knows when they are just too fucked up to drive... its the stupid people that do it anyway and fuck shit up for the rest of us...
 
NOPE, it so easy, you just consentrate(sp) alot more, and when your on the highway, i always find my self just staring at the car infront of me and doing the same thing it is, dont know why but it sems like you r in a simulator or somthing
 
I hate to sound like one of those commercials, but it slows down your reaction time, so you have a better chance of hitting some little kid or something. My best friend rapped his car around a tree, he said that if he want high it wouldnt have happend, even though he was normally a fine driver when he was high. But at the same time its not nearly as bad as driving drunk.
 
no. i never drive drunk only high, but i usually dont drive high if i feel like i could cause harm to others. if you smoke as often as your makin it seem im sure you can probably handle drivin high, but i kno alot of people who probably shouldn't.
 
PS...yes it does just not in a large/noticable amount like alcohol. all drugs kill brain cells, some more than others and marijuana happens to be on a very low end. I've been in trouble with the law a few times about marijuana and have done my fair share of research i think you'd benefit from looking at this

but to answer your question have i ever gotten in a car crash while high? Yes. I have. But if you take a poll i guarantee the difference between high crashes and sober crashes is gonna be alot heavier on the sober end
 
i have come damn close because of weed but no i have not.

we were about 15 feet from a parked car (we were doing 50) and i tapped the driver on the shouler (he was turned around laughing at some shit talking to someone about being high) and he just swerved the wheel to the left without looking and missed the parked car and we were ok luckily.
 
i drive ripped all the time, it makes me a much better driver because i average about five under the speed limit and am able to focus better than usual. i would never ever drive drunk though, that is fucking retarded. driving tired is also really dangerous for me. so no, i haven never gotten in an accident driving stoned
 
dude, yes or no isnt going to cut it. if you dont know how it happened, then whats the point? if someone is under any kind of influence, there are going to be things that add to the occurrence of an accident. and being fickle about our answers is very rude, we're trying to help you. get that through youre head.
 
i dont understand why you just want a yes or no answer. unless its just to show your parents that not everyone crashes their cars when theyre high. in which case youve already failed miserably. sorry. maybe just, idk, stop going on bowl cruises?
 
It's because he wants to see overwhelming NO's so he doesn't have to deal with the fact that weed may very well effect his driving. It's a simple "I don't want anybody to tell me something that goes against what I want to hear."
