My NS stuff still hasn't come in...

i made this in Site Disscussion but im putting it in here to cuz idk where it shoudl go...

Ok... so...

i ordered stuff from newschoolers.

ive waited...

and waited...

and waited.

it's still not here. i ordered it on august 24th. they charged my moms credit card on august 24th.

this monday will be 5 weeks since i ordered my stuff and it still hasn't come.

i HAVE contacted newschoolers and they have apologized over and over again blaming it on IF3 and lots of orders. i understood at first but the first time i contacted them and the replied was 3 weeks ago. im really dissapointed and probably won't be able to order from newschooelrs again.

i would really like my stuff though. so if anyone from newschoolers sees this. please give me my stuff. im pissed

it's very possible Jim didn't have time to ship it because of IF3, it might be the reason why. If that's the reason well it's probably shipped already or really soon. Don't worry it will come!...unless you fucked your adress then that sucks haha
 
he todl me they shipped it when i contacted him... he gave me a canpar.com tracking number. and it said it was picked up on september 9th. it was supposed to be 2-5 day shipping
 
yeah dude it's not NS's fault at this point if you got a trackin number. You can't blame it on them, and if you stop buying from the store and supporting them because of that, then it's stupid, Jim's doing his best to run the store, he's alone with all that and with if3 let me tell you it was a huge mess at the office he did his best and you got unlucky with the mail i guess. Anyways good luck man hopefully you can get your stuff quick!
 
Why is everyone here backing up NS on this? He paid on August 24th, they shipped his stuff on September 9th. They took more than 2 weeks to ship. I would be pissed too; that's really, really unprofessional.
 
It is not really professional, but you have to understand that they were working on IF3 and they had way too much stuff to do for if3 and shipping your tall tee could wait compared to preparing an international freeski film festival. Still shitty buut at this point it's not ns's fault anymore....
 
yea right now it is but at first it was you guy's bad. sorry for the hate summersover you guys are great and i lvoe ns but its been wayy to long
