so yea i am missing two pairs of skis... my Mikds and possibly LT's and or Chronic Blends

wow my bad but i belive ur fucking retarded... last time i check the expression was pure park and a 75 waist, the karma is park and all mountain which is and 87 waist and the PE is an all mountain park ski, and they are all mounted at different points, not to menchin i am selling the karmas to replace them with the LT or the Blends, and my mik ds are my pure park ski
 
not to menchin the PEs are blown to shit so they are mad flexy now, my karmas are real stiff, and the expressions and Med at the moment and my mik ds are soft but have mad pop, last time i checked those can be categorized into many diff. areas of the mountain

bottom line. you spent/wasted money on multiple skis that do that same thing.

k its not a quiver if all the skis serve the same perpose, those are all park skis, and possiblely the karmas as all mountian, theres no pow ski there, now big mountian, and no big mountian and all mountian are nhot the same thing

yawn...why get so worked up over it...let the kid have his fun with his park/allmtn skis...they have different flexs and ski all ski somewhat different, leave the kid alone...luke and scott lol cmon u alrdy kno u owned the kid
 
I gained membership to his free-friend-club the minute I sent a PM using the word "help" and "quiver" in one sentence.
 
Well i'd sell all the other skis except for the Mikd's and the karmas and go out and buy yourself a nice bigmountain ski you can say you have a quiver
 
all you fucking dipshits (iggy/vicious)have are a huge quiver of fat skis, if your good you could ski one fat ski for all types of powder, and i know, im not calling you out, im sure you can ski just fine, but come on, your just gear heads
 
ok, I will.

a quiver includes all types of skis, and iggy and vicious have that. They don't necesarrily ski park but they've learned to ski fatter skis in all conditions, and they know how to work the dimensions really well.

So just because you don't have a park ski or a twin doesnt mean its not a quiver.

FYI - I currently am keeping 3 pairs of skis, one of which is an AT set up. So, really I have a powder and everyday ski. I think I can get by on just a few pairs of skis.

The reason I yelled at the kid was cause he called Luke a fucking idiot....and that just isn't the case.

If you read my post I said that I don't care what he spends his money on. 5 pairs of park skis is cool I guess, IMO it is a waste of money.

If you think that all the pairs of skis Luke and I own are similar, you are pretty mistaken.

I am sure that you have skied on every single pair of skis the Luke and I have owned, though, so I am guessing you know more about their skiing qualities than we do.

I hope you have a good time in the mountains today.

I will tomorrow at Hood and next Wednesday while Touring on Rainier.

4. Of course we are able to ski just one fat set of sticks in pow, but with all the skis out these days, you can really have skis that are perfect for all conditions, which if I'm not mistaken, is ultimately the meaning of a quiver.

5. Now that I read it again, your argument above really makes no sense:

- iggy/vic = fucking dipshits for having multiple fat skis

- if they were good they'd be able to ski with only one set of fats

- not calling them out, but they are just gearheads

Now, did that make sense to anyone else??

Right now I've got 4 pairs of skis:

190 FFF for open pow

192 138 for trees/pow

191 ANT for AT

183 m103 for everyday

If you can explain to me how this dude's 'quiver' of 5 park skis makes more sense than that, please let me know.
 
The kid tried to brag about his totally rad quiver of park skis and got slapped in the face. Don't defend him, and dont bash probably the two most knowledgeable people on this site. But hey. I'll be willing to take the Karmas off your hands for $100(without binders)!
 
the only reason i even said anything, is cause you and that other dude busted on this kid for being stoked on his skis, and i stated that you are in teh same situation,, except with fatter skis.

so yea i basically dont care, just thought that id comment
 
A quiver depends on the type of skiing that a person likes to do. If Vicious is skiing around on m103s for everyday, he probably enjoys more agressive off piste terrain, as the rest of his quiver validates. The person who started this thread probably enjoys skiing park/all mtn because his quiver is built on those skis. The just because two skis have the same relative waist size does not mean they are different.
