My Local Mountain Decided To Put In A Wake Board Park

Right at the base of the hill! Today I went to my local mountain (bump) to ski. As I pulled in I saw this shit.409725.jpeg

The creek at the bottom of the hill flooded to to crazy amounts of rain over night and flooded the parking lot and the bottom of one of the lifts. My hill is now closed until further notice due to flooding and the rain washing away a huge portion of the base. If you look to the right of the photo you can actually see where the rain has made a river running straight down one of the runs.

Anyone else having this shitty of a season?

damnit, at the end of the paragraph I was hoping you would say people actually set up and winched on it

I would have if it wasnt 4 degrees out and I knew to bring my winch with me haha. All the unused features for the park are already in the water too.

damn, i got excited when i read the thread title because my buddy and i were just talking about how sick it would be for a local hill to open up a cable park in the summer time to turn it in to a year round sports park.

you guys have some serious flooding going on there. sucks, dude.

Haha o thought this was going to be legit! Nordic Mtn in Wisconsin actually did do a cable park in the snowmaking pond for during the summer so it is possible
