my lines delaminated?!?

1 week and 1/2 ago my new 1260s got shipped to my house and i had been skiin with them 3 or 4 times before i a little sloppy on switch 5 and went down and delaminated them from the front tip to the start of where my bindings are mounted. i talked to line and a contact told me thay have never heard of that happenin before??! i had a warranty on them so it was no big deal but i have been usin lines for the last 2 years besides my K2 PEs and they have always been solid no matta what. i was wonderin if this has ever happened to anybody else's lines, specifically the new 1260's????

Sometimes it just takes lots of practice and the will to beat your face in, get back up, and do it again is what it's all about.....

well apperantly it was a user thing. i haven't seen a line ski ever do that past the tip, let alone the binding. but ya, line is sick with their warranty program. even if it's out of warranty, alot of times they'll do something for ya.

No.. you are caght up in some myth. Line's are made poorly and delam quite often. But fortunatly they have the best warranty.

Billy, have you even skied the Line 1260s? Have you skied the PE's either? My assumtion is that you haven't, and I think that you should actually try them before you go judging them.

SteveSx2 or whatever your name is, yes i have skiied both skis and the Public Enenmy is sooooo much better. There really isn't a comparison between the two. You would think that the 1260's, or any Line ski for that matter would be stiff considering that Line is an East Coast company and on the East we ski A LOT of hard pack snow and ice for that matter. But no, these are the softest skis I have ever skiied on. And in my opinion one of the worst skis I have ever ridden on as well. Line is a cool company and they have some of the styliest skiers in the world riding for them, but in my opinion their skis suck big balls.

Seriously guys... enought about delamination, if your skis break then ok, but what the fuck if you really care what the hell the plank of wood on your fucking feet looks like at 20 mph then your gay, just plain gay.... nobody else cares you shought either, performance is everything, lamination can suck my scrotum

Whoever thought 'gee i wonder if i can ride down an icy hill with wooden planks strapped to my feet?' is a genius...
