Hey NS, got my K2 press a couple weeks ago, and when I picked them up, they were back mounted, what should i do? do you guys think this will be a problem?

It'll be a huge problem. It is impossible to ski on skis that are not mounted true center. The polarity of your skis will randomly reverse and it will double eject you. This is why the people in this video crash so much

k2 press are ment to be mounted a bit back of center.. they are measured center of running length (where the rocked touches the snow). Asked for them mounted tip to tall center. The old holes can be filled.

If you specified taht you wanted them centered, then tell them that they made a mistake and owe you some new skis. Alot of the times if a shop messes up a mount than they will hook you up. If you didn't specify true center and they mounted them at recommended then get them remounted. Kinda sucks because remounting reduces the resale value of the ski, but whatever. Honostly they should be fine if their not dead centered though.

Also Gear Talk?

You take them back to who mounted them and tell them to make it right...had this happen to me couple seasons ago
