My high school is a prison

Windham High School, of Windham Maine,spent thousands of dollars installing a new security system that includes ID scanners to get in the building and cameras that have a view of everywhere on campus. It wouldnt be that bad if I didnt have administration following me around every time i go to the bathroom. Not to mention that because of this security system the school cant afford to feed the entire student body. Anybody else's school have this problem?
 
my highschool had cameras and it didn't really bother me.. Just don't get caught doing something where they can confirm via camera that you are guilty. Its not like they have some dude at a desk with 50 monitors watching you every moment. They just go back to recordings if something was reported and needs to be looked into.
 
Its to keep you safe so stop bitching. You should appreciate the fact that you can go to a school that can spend that money to prevent unwanted visitors, intruders and school shootings.

Think about why they did that. Because they need to protect us from who? us. Fuck society. Fuck society. Fuck this fucking society. America is fucked, in my opinion the drain already dumped us out. We already fucking sunk to to the bottom years ago and now we are just straight fucked. Now half the U.S population lives tragically because there's fucked up people out there. There is no hope for America anymore. and to top it off, the events in the past are handing control of how we live right to the government. Fuck your stupid fucking school and all this security bull shit. we need to have trust in each other. how can we go to get educated when we can't even focus on our education because we can't even express ourselfs without getting a fucking 2 hr. We are living in fear, but fear of what?! The evil that wonders lead to us being so fucking controlled. Do we fear being controlled or do we fear the evil, or both? Either way we are leaving it up to the government to decide how to handle it. Fuck that. Their tactics wont do shit because as a human we have the free will to do whatever the fuck we want. how we act will change this, but like i said we are fucked. there's not enough people in america who think for themselves that would actually do something about this. But then you ask, what can we do? who the fuck knows. So to you OP: make smart decisions and for the sake of all that is good. FUCK THE SYSTEM. do you bro and prove to your school that it shouldn't have to be a prison.

being forced to walk in lines, be bused, follow a set schedule, confined to a facility/institution for up to 10 hours.

school is fucked, that's why I started drinking. I was blazing up b4 and at lunch by 14, was splitting a 750 of anything me and my 2 other buddies could get our filthy paws on everyday at lunch by 16. being drunk or stoned at school made it go by quicker. still graduated at the top of my class, so many of the people there were so fucking oblivious to their own stupidity it was hilarious. fucking wastes of life.

its more to keep students from leaving than keeping people out. what if someone gets ahold of one of our ID cards? then they would have access to any door in the school. As I said before, It wouldn't be a big deal if they could afford to feed students on a day to day basis. Half the kids in my school are going hungry just so a few kids cant skip class.
 
Dude shut the fuck up. "Oh they are trying to make my school safe waaahh". There's schools in cities where there are armed cops and metal detectors at the doors. Your precious little Maine rich kid town has it easy.
 
You wouldn't be acting this way if a school in your area got shot up. Why the Fuck do you care if your school is getting SAFER. it's in the benefit of your safety. They're not just wasting money on useless shit..

when theres not enough food to feed the students,administration has to hold my dick while I take a piss and teachers have no resources and are losing their jobs because of budget cuts then ya id rather be less safe and have our school be a better environment. If someone wanted to shoot up our school they could just shoot through the front door like that guy did in newtown ct.
 
Dude what the fuck. You're lucky your school bought new cameras and security systems instead of carbon fiber lunch trays. A safer school is going to be a better environment for learning. A lot of schools are taking extra measures to keep students safe, mine included.

Hey, guess what? My job is a fucking prison!! They like, have locks on all of the doors and you can't gain entry without an ID & key. And since it's all electronic, that means that they can tell every time i enter the building! WTF happened to freedom?!? I have to wear a photo ID badge at all times!! WTFF!!

But then again, it's a lot harder for some nut job/disgruntled employee to come in and shoot up the place, and it doesn't inconvenience me in any way, shape, or form, so I'm actually a fan.

You should be thankful that your school takes your security seriously. Hopefully it's never needed.

 
i go to mt.blue in maine. we just built a 63 million dollar school. the doors are supposivley un-pickable but we were in in under 2 min.

fuck the system.
